Mark Segal has engaged in the practice of law in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1978. He concentrates his efforts in the areas of representation before the Internal Revenue Service, bankruptcy, tax and business matters. He holds both Juris Doctor and Master of Laws (In Taxation) degrees from the New York University School of Law and has been licensed to practice law in Nevada, New York and Arizona as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the United States Claims Court, the United States Tax Court, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts of Nevada and Arizona.
